Keep Your Valuables Safe: Tips for Beachgoers
I have many clients vacationing to popular beach locations such as Hawaii, Florida, and Mexico this summer. While it might sound obvious, the frequency of thefts at the beach, particularly when people are enjoying themselves in the water, makes it worth repeating.
Keep Your Valuables with YOU!
You can easily purchase and use a waterproof bag or pouch that goes around your neck or has a wristband, allowing you to take your valuables into the water with you. It’s also good practice to only take essentials to the beach: your ID, phone, water, sunscreen, and a towel.
Remember, vehicle break-ins are also common, especially when items are left visible. Always secure your belongings and avoid leaving anything valuable in plain sight.
By taking these simple precautions, you can enjoy your beach vacation worry-free and focus on making lasting memories. If you have any questions or need more travel tips, feel free to reach out.
