Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown North - Review

Cruising the Pacific is staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix

For our recent weekend trip to Phoenix, we chose to stay at the Embassy Suites. We decided this hotel would be a good home base for what we wanted to do. We planned on spending time in many of the surrounding cities. Plus, we arrived late and flew out early, so having a hotel close to the airport was a bonus. Even though it’s close to the airport, it’s not on the main flight path, so you won’t have the noise of planes flying overhead 24/7.

This location is perfect for business travelers as well as families, or like I mentioned a home base, when your goal isn’t to stay at the property. They do not offer valet parking and the parking garage is a short walk from the hotel. The front desk will give you a parking ticket for easy in and out access.

At check in, we were upgraded to a corner suite (remember to ask for complimentary upgrades). We were located on the north side of the building, which if you’re familiar with the intense Phoenix sun, you know you want to be shaded.

The rooms are outdated, but comfortable and clean. Enjoy restful nights sleep on the plush and cozy beds. One thing I thought was strange is there isn’t much storage for clothes. There isn’t a dresser or night stand with drawers, only a small closet. I suggest taking this into consideration if you’re looking for a longer stay hotel.

Upside to this hotel is complimentary breakfast with fresh, cook to order eggs. You can get custom omelets and fried eggs. The rest of the breakfast counter is your typical hotel breakfast offerings. Every afternoon they offer a complimentary Happy Hour. They also have a dinner menu (not complimentary).

The Embassy Suites provides the perfect base for exploring the vibrant city of Phoenix and the surrounding cities. Whether you’re visiting for business or on a vacation, bid farewell to the stunning Arizona sunsets and cherish the memories you’ve created during your stay. Until next time, safe travels and may your journeys be filled with warmth, comfort, and unforgettable moments.

I’d love to hear from you! Let me know in the comments if you’ve been to Phoenix, where is your favorite place to stay?
